Shipping

We currently offer free standard shipping within Australia. Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1 – 2 business days. Standar delivery typically takes 2 – 8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the delivery provider.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our tea products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once a product has been opened. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@stillway.com.au with your order details and where applicable, photos of the issue. We will assess the matter and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5 – 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
